Privacy policy

PerfectShots Technologies Private Limited (“we”) operates PerfectShots Live and the PerfectShots apps. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data: email, phone number or Google account used to sign in; for athletes, the name shown to coaches (initials by default for under-18s).
- Session data: shot positions and scores, series totals, match mode and timing, and — only when a PerfectMind sensor is connected — the biometric window around each shot (focus, heart-rate and trigger signals). This is streamed only while the athlete has tapped GO LIVE and only to viewers holding the athlete's code.
- Coach notes written on a session.
- Purchase data: the pack bought, amount, time and the Razorpay payment id. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
- Technical data: device identifiers used to enforce the two-device limit, and standard server logs.
How we use it
To run the Service (stream sessions to invited coaches, return notes to the athlete, keep history for the retention period of the pack), to bill and issue invoices, to prevent abuse, and to support you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Google Firebase (Asia region) and processed by Razorpay for payments. Live session data is retained for the pack's history period (30 days by default) and then deleted; account and invoice records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You can stop a live session at any time, remove a coach, delete your notes, change the name shown to coaches, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing 10.9perfectshots@gmail.com.
Children
Athletes under 18 use the Service with the consent of a parent, guardian or club. Their names are shown to coaches as initials unless the guardian changes this.
