Refund & cancellation policy

All purchases on PerfectShots Live are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

This applies to credit packs (used or unused), Trainer 30, Pro 150, coach and academy plans, Live Pass event days, and purchases made on behalf of another account. You are shown this policy and must confirm it before every payment.

Why

Credits are activated on your account immediately after payment and can be used at once; plans start on activation. Because the Service is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not process refunds.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but no credits appeared within one hour, or the same purchase was charged twice, contact us with the Razorpay payment id and we will correct the account (add the missing credits or reverse the duplicate charge). This is the only case in which we return a payment.
