These terms govern the purchase and use of PerfectShots Live (“the Service”) provided by PerfectShots Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”) at live.perfectshots.tech and inside the PerfectShots apps.
1. The Service
Credits let an athlete stream a training or match session from the PerfectShots app to a coach who has the athlete's session code. Coach plans let an academy's coaches watch their named athletes without athletes spending credits. Sessions are private: only a signed-in viewer holding the athlete's code can see them.
2. Credits and plans
- 1 credit = one live session of up to 3 hours, or one shared saved session, with one viewer included. Extra concurrent viewers use one additional credit each unless the pack includes more.
- Credits are tied to the account they were bought for, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Packs without an expiry stay valid while the account exists. “Trainer 30” credits expire 30 days after purchase. Coach plans run for the period bought.
- An account may stream from at most two registered devices and one session at a time. Sharing or reselling account credentials is a breach of these terms and may lead to suspension without refund.
3. Payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or bank details. A GST invoice is issued for every purchase.
4. No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges, for any reason, including unused credits. This is stated again before every payment. See the refund policy.
5. Availability
Live streaming depends on the athlete's device, internet connection and the target hardware. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for sessions that could not be streamed or watched because of connectivity, device or third-party service failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the credits or plan concerned.
6. Content and conduct
Coach notes and session data belong to the athlete and the coach who wrote them. Users must not misuse the Service, attempt to access sessions they were not invited to, or interfere with the platform.
7. Minors
Athletes under 18 may use the Service only with the consent of a parent, guardian or club official, who accepts these terms on their behalf. Under-18 athletes are shown to coaches by initials by default.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Service, prices and these terms; changes apply to purchases made after they are published. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
